1. Turn phone on.
2. Enter *#782872# it will switch mode to Qualcomm and Confirm.
3. Connect phone to PC, install drivers if needed.
4. Select T199 as your model.
5. Press Unlock to Direct Unlock then Enter 00000000.
6. When Successful your is UNLOCK.
